Why Us?
Michelle offers deep compassion, warmth and presence as well as a combined 16 years of yoga and meditation study, teaching and practice. It is through all this along with the loving support of family and friends that enabled a powerful transformation within her. She now lives a life of health, balance, joy and purpose. She brings authenticity and presence to her sessions and respects the ability of the body to heal and guide.
“I believe that everyone can move their body in a pain free way . It may mean slowing down and moving smaller, but it can be done. I have experienced this in my own body and know how powerful it can be to not feel pain. I want to share this so others can also enjoy living life to its fullest.”
